Returns & Exchanges

At A Shop of Things, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address; simply print it out and attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit.
